I think most women I know have a hang up about something when it comes to their body, it is very rare to come across a women who is completely confident with how they look. For me personally it is my tummy area. Since having children my stomach is a mess. I work out, eat well, but the jelly belly remains, yet the rest of me is lovely and toned. I am very self conscious about it, but guess what, a corset pulls that tummy in immediately and I feel amazing.

I only ever wear steel boned corsets, I am not interested in the cheap corsets. Acrylic corsets are for the bedroom, not meant to be on for long and not designed to give you any hold or shape. Whereas a steel boned corset is in a completely different league, the bones really pull you in and generally a steel boned corset will be made up of at least 12 steel bones evenly distributed throughout it. Plus these corsets are doubled layered with high quality fabrics and the lacing is like shoe lace lacing. Durable and you can pull and pull on it and the corset won't rip or do something it really is not supposed to do. You'll find a cheaper corset will though.

I've really upped my game in the corset world and now have steam punk corsets, PVC corsets and a variety of under bust steel boned corsets. I have something for every occasion, they can be quite addictive. But when you find something that makes you feel great, it is hard not to own more than one of that item.
